1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a stay at The Lofts On Clematis (“the Property”), guests (“you”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with your reservation.

2. Check-In/Check-Out
• Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is before 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Occupancy
• The Property is rented for personal vacation use only. Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the owner.
• The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified in the booking details.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Cancellations made more than 10 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

5. Responsibilities of Guests
• Guests are expected to treat the Property with respect and leave it in a clean and orderly condition upon check-out.
• Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately and may result in charges for repairs or replacements.

6. Limitation of Liability
• The Property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises or using its facilities.
• The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

7. House Rules
• Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the Property.
• Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions prior to booking and prior to each of their stays at the Property.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
